Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Please find our refund policy below:

• Within 14 days of arrival: No refund
• 14 days to 1 month before arrival: 50% refund (Not applicable during peak season)
• More than 1 month before arrival: Full refund

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Peak season dates are defined by Palm Leisure Stays and may vary.
